Patty Vezzetti

  • Balanced Body Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor

  • Better Bones & Balance® Instructor Certified

  • Group Fitness Instructor

We are super excited to have Patty teaching at Joy of Pilates! She has been a certified group fitness instructor for more than 25 years and a Pilates Mat instructor for ten. Patty began teaching group fitness classes to improve her body strength for her cycling, snowboarding and other activities.

After having her second child at the age of 40, Patty found that Pilates helped her recover faster to get back into her daily routines as an active mom and wife.

Through taking Pilates, she found quick results that made her want to help others reach their goals.

Patty went through Balance Body University for her Mat Pilates Certification. She is also a certified Better Bones and Balance Instructor through University of Oregon in 2018.

“Patty is so intuitive and great at adjusting your form even on zoom class! She is sweet and always seems to have just the exercise I need. Great classes!”

“I love Patty’s classes. She has a wonderful way of challenging you while making sure that you stay within your personal physical limitations. I always feel simultaneously relaxed and invigorated after her classes! She is patient and supportive and always positive!”

“I joined Joy of Pilates and began with a  Private Session with Patty on the Reformer. Patty was patient and kind. She made me feel so comfortable and not judged for not knowing anything about the Reformer or the fact that I wasn’t an exercise fanatic. She is knowledgeable and has guided me with specific exercises for my long term physical challenges but also my short term ones that I come in with on the days of my sessions. Pilates sessions have guided me to learn how I can support my body and adapt to different physical strains that come up so I can keep moving. The result is I feel soo much better and stronger. Joy of Pilates is a great place to begin and to continue to get stronger and feel better in your body.”
