Kaitlyn is our newest fitness instructor with a passion for helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Balanced Body Reformer and Pilates instructor, she has a deep understanding of the principles of movement and how to help her clients build strength and flexibility in a safe and effective way. She is also a Barre Up! instructor, bringing her unique style and energy to this popular workout.

With her sights set on new challenges, Kaitlyn is currently working towards becoming a TRX Coach. She is excited to bring this dynamic and challenging workout to her clients and help them take their fitness to the next level.

Kaitlyn's dedication to her clients extends beyond the studio as she is certified in Wilderness First Aid. Whether in the studio or in the great outdoors, Kaitlyn is committed to helping her clients achieve balance, strength, and overall wellness.

Happy October to you. Just wanted to say how much I’m enjoying Kaitlyn’s Monday afternoon classes. It’s a great mix of a good workout, interesting, and fun. Kaitlyn is a great instructor: warm and friendly but still makes us work hard.
