Noa joins us from the world of dance and circus arts! She discovered Pilates by way of injury. For rehabilitation she started taking lessons with master teacher Lori Coleman-Brown at Atlas Pilates in Seattle, WA where she became a regular client and then transitioned to apprenticing in the teacher trainer program. (Over 600 hour program!)

She is trained on all Pilates equipment. 

Noa finds Joy in the effort and avenues of exploration Pilates practices offer. She is inspired by the intelligence of the method to meet any person where they are at within their abilities.
