Her background is in ballet and modern dance. Sarah has taught dance classes for 20 years and currently teaches at Dancing for Joy here in Bellingham.
Sarah likes to work with people and help them change their negative thought patterns to see themselves as physically strong, capable, and able to experience vibrant health.
She is a Pilates instructor through Balanced Body University.Sarah can’t seem to spend enough time at JOY and loves not only the classes, but also the community and support to become stronger.
Although Sarah loves dance and Pilates, her true loves are her husband and 4 wonderful children. They are the reasons she wants to be happy, healthy, and able to enjoy life fully!
