Jen VanderSanden’s interest in fitness began with Pilates. After suffering chronic back pain from a fall off a horse as a teenager, she was able to completely conquer the injury by working through the classic Pilates programs. Her interest then expanded to include other exercise disciplines and state-of-the-art techniques including TRX.
For the last 10 years, 8 while owning her own gym in San Diego, Jen has used those disciplines to customize programs for each client, whether it is in small groups or one-on-one. The one constant Jen sees with everyone she works with is the desire to improve.
Guiding one through the right combination of physical training, providing motivation and encouraging healthy living to reach your personal goals in a fun and enjoyable manner is Jen’s ultimate mission.
