Liz first began practicing Pilates in 2011 as a tool to address chronic pain but after experiencing many benefits beyond pain management, she decided to make a career and lifestyle change.
Liz completed her Pilates instructor training in Chicago through Body Arts and Science International (BASI).
She received a comprehensive certification for all Pilates equipment including mat and props, reformer, chair, cadillac, ladder barrel, step barrel and Avalon.
Liz loves that Pilates really is for every body. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels and tailors each exercise to the individual client. Besides practicing Pilates almost daily, Liz enjoys hiking or mountain biking with her husband, painting, or relaxing with a cup of tea.
