Jenn McBeath was first introduced to Pilates during a Mommy & Me postnatal class in 2006. The results she got were amazing. After that there was no turning back. She became a certified instructor through Balanced Body University and has made Pilates her career focus.
Since 2006, she has completed all the equipment training to include Mat, Reformer, Chair and Cadillac, and she has taken specialized classes to work with prenatal and postnatal women.
Jenn has always had a passion for helping others be completely in touch their bodies, and Pilates fits with that mindset perfectly. Jenn’s experience as a Montessori preschool teacher and her commitment to good health comes out in her caring teaching style. Jenn is also a mother, an excellent cook and an avid Pacific Northwest camper!
