Her goal is to bring health and happiness to her clients and help them reach their fitness goals.
“Pilates reconnected my body after I had my babies. I am stronger now than ever, and I credit Ella and her vast knowledge of the body to making me ‘me’ again. Thanks, Ella!” — Beth B.
“I just wanted to say how much I am enjoying the studio. You have such great staff, clients and a lovely space! You have done just an excellent job with Joy, and I am super thankful and happy to be a part of it!” — Brenda M.
“I had my 65-yr-old lady wellness appointment with my family doctor last week. One of my test lab appointments is for bone density. My last one was 7 years ago when I still worked at the pd and I was at the lowest point of being good; so I will be curious as to what it is after all these Pilates dates! (That appointment is for the first week in Jan.)
She said to me during our wellness exam that now that I am in this age category a major thing to be working on is maintaining good balance. She asked me what kinds of things I do for it and for general exercise. She was happy to hear I have been doing a weekly Pilates class and that I use balance tips received in class throughout the week. I felt like a star patient!”
