We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels, and our small class sizes allow instructors to focus on your personal needs and goals. Gentle OsteoPilates*: Ideal class for you if bone building is your goal. Exercises will focus on alignment, back strengthening, balance and overall safe exercises for bone building while having fun. A full-body strengthening class for those who want a no-pressure pace. Focus is on Balance, pelvic floor, posture, relaxation, and flexibility. Go at your tempo. Nice music, nice times.
Healthy Spine: For those who know or are learning the Pilates Principles and want a good workout that is focused on safe PT-based exercises for the for the back! A full-body strength class to further balance, muscle building, and stretching.
Kind & Gentle*: This Chair Class is perfect for anyone looking for a workout that includes strengthening, balance work, posture and stretching without going to the floor. Props can include dynabands, hand weights, barre and springboard. Great class where you will leave feeling better than you came. The music will be fun and the hour will fly by!

Strength & Stretch Perfect gentle class for all levels—whether you’re new to Pilates or simply looking to refresh your Pilates repertoire. This class combines Mat exercises and Props to really work your core and get stronger. Each class ends with relaxing stretches and muscle release on the foam roller. Take on the day feeling stretched and strong!
Sunrise Pilates: What a great way to start the day! Take a Pilates class and add a few props to keep it spicy. What will it be? Circle? Bands? Ball? This class is never the same twice. Optimum cross-training for all your other activities and feel great for the rest of the day!
