Known for her encouraging and enthusiastic nature, Lynne Arrott has spent her life exploring various forms of exercise including step, yoga, bootcamp and pilates. Lynne believes, and has experienced, the power of Pilates to transform the body and mind. Her main passion is in helping others enjoy the movement that comes with gaining strength and flexibility, as well as discovering the happiness and confidence that pilates brings into your everyday life.
After years of being a dedicated students Lynne began her journey to becoming an Instructor. She trained and completed the STOTT PILATES® Intensive Mat training 2015 with Bodycenter Studios in Seattle. Lynne is also a certified Better Bones & Balance Instructor. Now Lynne is excited to share her passion of Pilates with her students!
She has found Pilates to be the ultimate challenging, effective, safe and sustainable form of movement that benefits the whole body at all stages of life. Lynne believes that the experience of learning should be fun as well as insightful. She approaches each class with enthusiasm, knowing that the participants will all benefit from the practice of Pilates.
In her free time, Lynne enjoys traveling, long walks and sunset cocktails with her husband; spending time with her grown daughters; book group with her neighbors; and volunteering in the Bellingham community.
