“I felt terrific energy the second I walked into the Joy of Pilates studio space, during one of my stops on the Sunnyland Stomp, and knew instantly it would be a great place to work into my fitness/wellness routine. I’ve been enriched and entertained by the instructors of the mat classes as they’ve gently brought a complete novice along- with encouragement and humor- to become a stronger, eager, and capable participant. I’ve also had the good fortune to work with Brandis when I suffered a foot injury related to a winter storm. Brandis coordinated my therapy with my primary Pilates instructor so I could continue to benefit from Pilates while rehabbing my injury.
I look forward to an extended, happy, and healthy association with all of Joy of Pilates.” — Becca H.
Brandis is available for appointments at Joy of Pilates on Thursdays.
